16 ozpasta twists or elbows
2/3 cupmilk
8 ozvelveeta
1 cupshredded cheddar
1 cupshredded Montrey Jack
1/4 tspground cayenne pepper
1/4 tspground black pepper
1/2 cuproasted red pepper, diced
4 tspdried bread crumbs
4 tspparmesan
1/2 tspminced parsely

Cook and drain pasta

combine milk, cheeses, pepper in a saucepan, stirring cheese is melted

add pasta and roasted peppers
4

pour pasta into a baking dish and sprinkle with parmesan, bread crumbs and parsley

Bake for 20 minutes at 350
