1/2 cupminced onion
1/2 cupminced carrots
1garlic clove
1 cupRicotta cheese
1egg
2 tbspparmesan cheese
2 tbspfresh chopped basil
8Manicotti shells, cooked
1spaghetti sauce

Steps

saute veggies and garlic

Combine veggies, cheeses, egg and basil
3

Stuff the mixture into the shells
4

Place in a baking pan and cover with spaghetti sauce
5

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
