1 largered pepper
1parsley
2 tbspolive oil
1/2 cupchili sauce
1 1/2 tspsugar
1/4 tspground black pepper

Dice red pepper

Heat oil over medium heat. Cook red pepper until tender.

Stir in chili sauce, sugar, black pepper, 1 pinch parsley and 1/3 c water

Heat to boiling. Reduce heat, simmer 10 minutes. Keep warm.
