I needed dinner and this is what I had on hand. I love making recipes with stuff that I can just throw together.

Boil the ravioli according to package directions and drain. Mine was ready in 3 minutes.

Meanwhile, chop up the sausage into bite size pieces and fry it until nice & brown.

Combine the ravioli, sausage, and jar of sauce in a large pot and simmer about 5 minutes to warm the sauce.

Serve with a sprinkle of parmesan on top.
