1 cupFlour
1/3 cupSugar
3 tspBaking Powder
1/2 tspSalt
1 cupMilk
1Egg
1/4 cupOil
1/4 cupCheese of your choice (I use pilipino eden cheese)
1Butter for spreading after bake

Preheat oven for 350°F and grease 8 in square pan.

Mix all the ingredients and pour in the pan.

Bake for 20-25 mins until toothpick inserted clean.

When done baking. Grease cornbread with butter and serve with cheese.
