Steps

Cut, wash & boil spinach in a pressure cooker until 2 whistles. Once cooled grind it in fine paste.

Grind oats coarsely (dardara).

Mix all ingredients in a bowl except baking soda.

Boil 1 cup water in a Idli maker. Add baking soda in a batter. Mix well. Grease Idli plate. Pour batter in each pit.

Steam it for 10 minutes on high to medium heat. Once done switch off gas.

Let it be cool. Demould it & serve healthy & tasty oats & spinach Idlies to diabetic people with green chutney.
