Steps

Add bacon fat to pan and melt over medium high heat.

Add onions and cook until soft.

Add Apple cider vinegar. Cook down and then blend together.

Return to Pam and add brown sugar. Cook until brown color.

Put ribs in large foil pan.

Pour liquid over to cover ribs plus a bit more to line pan.

Wrap tightly in foil and cook at 250'F for 8 hours.

Remove excess liquid from pan. Save for next step.

Take liquid and put in medium saucepan. Skim grease off top and discard. Add another cup brown sugar.

Bring to boil then simmer.

Put ribs under broiler until top starts to bubble. Brush sauce on then return to broiler.

Repeat step 11 until ribs are rich brown color.

Remove ribs carefully using two tongs. Cut into 2-3 rib slabs.

Serve and enjoy!
