  1. 1 1/2 lbground beef
  2. 1 mediumonion, Finley chopped
  3. 1/3 cupfresh bread crumb
  4. 1egg, beaten
  5. 1 ozjar beef gravy (or homemade)
  6. 1/4 cupFinley chopped fresh parsly

    wash hands♥

  2. 2

    pre.heat oven to 350

  3. 3

    in a bowl combine beef onion crumbs egg 1/4 cup gravy and parsley. mix well...

  4. 4

    form meat into 6pattys evenly.

  5. 5

    place in baking dish and spread remaining gravt over pattys. cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. . remove foil an bake 15 more. cool and serve
