Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 2 tbspall-purpose flour
  2. 1/4 tspSalt (optional)
  3. 1/4 tspPaprika
  4. 1/4 tspor 1/8 garlic powder
  5. 1/4 tspPepper
  6. 4Boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  7. 1 tspOlive oil
  8. 1/2 cupWhite wine
  9. 1/2 cupReduced sodium chicken broth
  10. 4 tspParmesan cheese (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. 2

    In a small dish, combine the flour, salt, paprika, garlic powder and pepper. Coat the chicken in the flour mixture.

  3. 3

    In a medium skillet, brown the chicken in the olive oil for 1-2 minutes on each side. Add the broth and wine, bring to boil. Remove from heat.

  4. 4

    Place the chicken in a shallow baking dish and pour the wine and broth mixture over the chicken.

  5. 5

    Cover and bake for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
