1 ozjar beef gravy (or homemade)
1/4 cupFinley chopped fresh parsly

in a bowl combine beef onion crumbs egg 1/4 cup gravy and parsley. mix well...

form meat into 6pattys evenly.

place in baking dish and spread remaining gravt over pattys. cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. . remove foil an bake 15 more. cool and serve
