Ingredients

  • .1 bunchpalak.
  • 6eggs.
  • 1chop onion.
  • 1/2 spoongarlic paste..
  • 1/2 spoonginger paste..
  • 1/2 cuptomato puree.
  • .2 cupsFresh methi leaf..
  • .as taste salt.
  • ..5Chop green chillies
  • 1/4 tsphaldi..
  • 1/4 tspgaram masala powder..
  • .1/2 laddleoil.

Steps

  1. 1

    Eggs ko hard boil ke liya cool ho peel ke half cut ke le.

  2. 2

    Spinach and methi wash ke boil with green chilli blend ke le.

  3. 3

    Wok main oil heat ke garlic saute add onion,ginger and tomato add all masala cook ke le add palak puree and boiled eggs serve with chapati.
