2 cups.boiled Chana Dal.

.1/4 tsphaldi.
1/4 tspgaram masala..
.1/2 spoongarlic paste.
.1/2 spoonginger paste
1chop onion..
1/2 laddleoil..
1/2 cuptomato puree.

Palak and methi leaf ko wash ke boil with green chillies grind we'll make a puree.

Wok main oil heat ke garlic,ginger and onion add ke bhune add tomato puree,masala and boiled Dal cook for 2 minutes add palak puree cook 5 minutes ready palak Chana Dal.
