Ingredients

  • .1 bunchpalak.
  • 2 cupsfresh methi leaf..
  • ..5chop green chilies
  • 2 cups.boiled Chana Dal.
  • .as tastesalt.
  • .1/4 tsphaldi.
  • 1/4 tspgaram masala..
  • .1/2 spoongarlic paste.
  • .1/2 spoonginger paste
  • 1chop onion..
  • 1/2 laddleoil..
  • 1/2 cuptomato puree.

Steps

  1. 1

    Palak and methi leaf ko wash ke boil with green chillies grind we'll make a puree.

  2. 2

    Wok main oil heat ke garlic,ginger and onion add ke bhune add tomato puree,masala and boiled Dal cook for 2 minutes add palak puree cook 5 minutes ready palak Chana Dal.
