I love the Zappa Toscana at Olive Garden, but didn't want to keep going there to buy it. So, I figured I'll try to make it myself.

Cook sausage (chopped) in a medium pan on med/high for about 15 minutes, add bacon the last 5 minutes

In a large pot add water, potatoes (cut in 4), onions (cut in 4) and garlic
- 3
Cook until potatoes are nice and tender. Then add the bacon and sausage including the grease. Cook for 10-15 minutes on medium heat.

Add the cream and kale. Simmer for another 10-15 minutes. DO NOT LET IT BOIL.

If too salty add extra water. Top with fresh parsley

Enjoy with garlic bread!
