  • 3 lbFrozen meatballs
  • 1 jarSweet and Sour sauce (10 oz)
  • 1/4 cupPacked brown sugar
  • 3 tbspSoy sauce
  • 1/2 tspGarlic powder
  • 1/2 tspPepper
  • 1 mediumRed bell pepper, cubed
  • 1 can(20 oz) Pineapple chunks, drained

Steps

  1. 1

    Place all ingredients in the lined-slow cooker; stir gently. Place lid on slow cooker.

  2. 2

    Cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours OR on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours, until done.

  3. 3

    CAREFULLY remove lid to allow steam to escape. Serve food directly from slow cooker.
