  1. 1 1/2 lbBoneless Spare Rib
  2. 1 largeOnion
  3. 2 largePotatos
  4. 1 lbSaurkraut
  5. 24 ozBarbeque Sauce
  6. 2 ozApple Cider Vinegar

  1. 1

    I marinated the ribs overnight in the vinegar.

  2. 2

    Chopped the onion and placed on bottom of crock pot.

  3. 3

    Add the boneless ribs with the vinegar. I used country style boneless ribs.

  4. 4

    Dice the potatoes and add to crock pot.

  5. 5

    Add pound bag of refrigerated sauerkraut.

  6. 6

    Add barbeque sauce.

  7. 7

    Cover crock pot and cook on low setting for at least 8 hours.
