Ingredients

  1. 4 cupQuick oats oatmeal
  2. 1 packagesBlue berries
  3. 5Bananas
  4. 2 tspCinnamon
  5. 1 tspBaking powder
  6. 1 cupSunflower seeds (unsalted)
  7. 1/2 cupFinely chopped Roasted almonds (salted)
  8. 1 cupMilk (I used cashew milk you may use soy or almond as well)
  9. 2Apples finely chopped (I used green apples)
  10. 1 tbspLemon Juice

Steps

    Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    Smash bananas in a large bowl

  3. 3

    Then add blue berries and finely chopped apples and continue to smash together until mixed well

  4. 4

    Next add 1 cup milk and 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  5. 5

    Blend ingredients together and set aside

  6. 6

    In seperate bowl mix 4 cup quick oats 2 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp baking powder until blended

  7. 7

    Then mix wet ingredients with dry and blend in almonds and sunflower seeds

  8. 8

    Lightly coat muffin pan with cooking spray and spoon oatmeal mixture into the pan bake at 350 for 10-15 min or until browned

  9. 9

    Take muffins out of pan to cool and let the muffins become firm so they dont fall apart and then Enjoy :))
