  1. 1chiken breast
  2. 1milk
  3. 1salt
  4. 1black pepper
  5. 2 tbspvegetable oil
  6. 1 1/2 tspwine vinegar or apple vinegar

    Cut the chicken in pieces (stripes, dices...)

  2. 2

    Put them in a recipient, cover with milk and add vinegar. Let it rest for 10 minuts.

    Heat oil and fry chicken. When half cooked sprinkle some salt and coat with pepper on both sides. Finish cooking.ah
