Baby's First Applesauce

Just fed my little guy this applesauce and he loved it. His mouth was open before I could get the spoon back in the jar.

I add coconut oil and Himalayan salt for added nutritional benefit. So as a mom you can decide to cut it if your concerned. Great mixed in with cereals or on it's own. Give your baby only a small amount at first to test for any allergies.

Makes 3-4 4 ounce jars.
