  1. 1 lbchuck steak
  2. 5 mediumbell pepper
  3. 1 largered onion
  4. 1 mediumVidalia onion
  5. 4 ozbutter
  6. 1/2 tspsalt
  7. 1 tbspminced garlic
  8. 1/3 tspground black pepper
  9. 1/2cup mushroom stems

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice beef thinly. Then coarsely chop peppers and onions

    Heat butter add steak, mushrooms, peppers and onions. Add Salt pepper and garlic
