  • 1 lbchuck steak
  • 5 mediumbell pepper
  • 1 largered onion
  • 1 mediumVidalia onion
  • 4 ozbutter
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 tbspminced garlic
  • 1/3 tspground black pepper
  • 1/2cup mushroom stems

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice beef thinly. Then coarsely chop peppers and onions

    Heat butter add steak, mushrooms, peppers and onions. Add Salt pepper and garlic
