Ingredients

  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • 3/4 cuppowdered sugar
  • 2 tbspghee
  • 1 tspCardamom powder

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan heat Ghee over a medium flame.

  2. 2

    When ghee melts add wheat flour, roast it till it turns light brown in colour. Keep stirring continously.

    Add powdered sugar and Cardamom powder.Mix it well and keep stirring.

    Keep stirring till the sugar is absorbed by the flour

  5. 5

    When it comes to thick consistency, off the flame.

  6. 6

    Now keep aside to cool.When it is semi cooled bind the Churma into litter balls, laddoos

  7. 7

    Store in an air tight container and Serve it with any savoury dish.

  8. 8

    You can also set the Churma in a Plate like Burfi and serve into pieces
