Wash your matumbo well with warm water

Boil them for thirty minutes.

Cut them into small peices

Chop the onions into small bits

Fry your onions until mild brown then add your matumbo

Fry for five minutes and add your chopped capsicum and tomatoes

Stirr your meal as it mixes while still on fire add your beef chilli cubes as you stirr

Cover the pot and cook for five minutes as you prepare your spinach

Steam you spinach foe three minutes and serve your meal
