500 gyam (half a tuber)
1moderate sized onion
200 gramsPalmoil
1 cancorned beef
cubesKnorr
to tasteSalt (a tablespoon)

Dice your yam into cubes. Wash and then put it on fire with water just above the yam and salt to taste.

After 20-25 mins it should soft. Use a wooden cooking spoon to turn it and mash it abit

Add corned beef, diced onion and knorr cubes

Allow to boil for another 5nins. Ready to serve.
