Next melt with chocolate mix with whipping cream add 5gram gelatin keep set this is second step

Third step is canberry paste miX with whipping cream and add 10gm of gelatin keep set

After set finally use cream for decoration and make white chocolate slab and top of the slab put drops of mango glaze ready to serve
