  1. 500 gyam (half a tuber)
  2. 1moderate sized onion
  3. 200 gramsPalmoil
  4. 1 cancorned beef
  5. cubesKnorr
  6. to tasteSalt (a tablespoon)

Steps

  1. 1

    Dice your yam into cubes. Wash and then put it on fire with water just above the yam and salt to taste.

    After 20-25 mins it should soft. Use a wooden cooking spoon to turn it and mash it abit

    Add corned beef, diced onion and knorr cubes

  4. 4

    Allow to boil for another 5nins. Ready to serve.
