  • 1/4 cupLawrys season salt
  • 1/4 cupgarlic powder
  • 1/4 cupblack pepper
  • 2large eggs
  • 2 tspwater
  • chicken breader
  • 1peanut oil
  • hot sauce

    Clean and wash chicken wings. ..season chicken throughly

    In a small bowl, mix eggs and water and hot sauce(as much as you want) to make egg wash.

    Heat up the fry daddy, dip chicken in egg wash, roll in breader and fry until golden brown
