212 oz. packs deluxe Coleslaw cabbage mix
1small Onion
1/3cup Sugar
1/2cup White vinegar
3/4cup Hellmans mayo
1tbs. Lemon juice
1/4cup Milk
1tsp. each, salt and pepper
2tsp. Celery seed

Mix sugar and vinegar.

Put onion in food processor and mince.

Add remaining ingredients (except cabbage) and process on med. high until well mixed, about 15 seconds. Rest mixture for 1 minute, then process again for 15 seconds.

Add mixture to cabbage in large bowl.

Refrigerate 4 hrs., stirring occasionally. Will thicken up on standing.

Mix well and serve.
