Cooking Instructions

First take curd and water in a bowl and beat it well.

Add salt,chilly powder and turmeric and again beat it.

Now heat oil. When its hot, splutter mustard seeds,fry red chillies and curry leaves and add the beaten curd and water mixture to it.

Stir well for 1-2 minutes. Dont keep it in fire for long,as the curd may curdle.

Easy Moru curry is ready. U can have it with theeyal, thoran or fish fry.
