Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 1pizza dough (I have one posted)
  2. 1 cupkale pesto (I have that posted also)
  3. 1 cupmushrooms
  4. 1 cupcrumbled feta cheese
  5. 1 cupshredded mozzarella
  6. 1baby arugula

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 475°F

  2. 2

    Roll out pizza dough to desired thickness

  3. 3

    Spread kale pesto leaving a small trim around the edges of pie

  4. 4

    Spread the mushrooms evenly

  5. 5

    Followed by the feta cheese

  6. 6

    And finally the mozzarella

  7. 7

    Place on bottom rack till almost done

  8. 8

    Place on top rack to Brown top

  9. 9

    Remove when done and top with baby arugula
