This little treasure was handed down through generations of my family. My mother used to bake and sell them to make extra money when I was a kid. If only you could bottle the scent it creates while baking!

This little treasure was handed down through generations of my family. My mother used to bake and sell them to make extra money when I was a kid. If only you could bottle the scent it creates while baking!

Preheat oven to 350°. Spray bundt pan with nonstick spray.

Peel, core and dice apples. Combine with cinnamon and sugar.

In a large bowl combine remaining dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients. Slowly add the dry to the wet and beat until smooth.

Pour half of the batter into bundt pan. Add half of the apple mixture. Then layer with remaining batter, topping with the remainder of the apples.

Bake for 75 minutes. Cool, slice and enjoy!
