  • Half cupRoasted and crushed Walnuts
  • 1 cupRoasted Raisin.
  • 2 tspRoasted white Sesame seeds.
  • 2 tspRoasted Poppy seed.
  • 1 cupRoasted and grated dry coconut.
  • Half cupFried and crushed Gondh.
  • 1spDry ginger powder.
  • 1spAgain
  • 1spCardamom powder.
  • 500 gGrated jaggery.
  • 3 tspWater.
  • Few dropsRefined oil for grading thali
  • 3 tspDesighee.

Steps

  1. 1

    Wok main grated jaggery and 3tsp water mix kiya gas par rakhe cook kiya after 5 minute ke baad plate test Karna hai is ke like pani main thora sa gur dal ke apne hath se gola banaye agar gola banjaye to jaggery syrup ok hai. Thalli ko refined oil laga ke greased kar le.
