Dehydrated Spinach Powder

Here is spinach powder. Takes alot less room then bags of spinach and yep it keeps for a long time too. Hope this trick is handy :)
I also included steps from one of my other recipes in this one because dehydration is the first step before milling into a powder.

Steps
- 1
Remove spinach leaves from stems. Disguard stems.
- 2
Load spinach in dehydrator. Its better if you load the leaves on screen instead of directly on the trays. (see your dehydrator manual. With my nesco theyre called "clean a screens".)
- 3
Dehydrate at 125°F / 51.6C (roughly) for 6 to 8 hours. or until fully dehydrated.
- 4
Unload spinach from dehydrator and grind spinach in nutribullet (using the milling blade). Load into glass jars. Store in a cool, dark place.
