Pre heat oven to 180°C

Rinse and scrub potatoes in cold water.

Cut out any bruised or discoloured spots on the potatoes with a knife.

Pierce each potato with a fork deeply four times in 2cm intervals, roll the potatoes in olive oil and sea salt.

Place the potatoes in a baking pan into the oven for an hour, turning them over at the half hour mark. Remove and add your favourite topping or add to your favourite meat dish and enjoy!
