Ingredients

  1. 4fresh chilies
  2. 4garlic cloves
  3. 1 kgcanned whole tomato
  4. 1/2 cupwhite wine
  5. 1 1/4 kgpenne rigate (or anyother pasta)
  6. bunchchopped parsley
  7. olive oil
  8. salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat enough oil in a large pan to cover the bottom. Chop garlic and chilies and put them in the pan.

  2. 2

    Crush the tomatoes with your hands and add them to the pan

  3. 3

    Fry it for 20-30 minutes without covering. Add the salt and the wine. Let it reduce and put it in a bowl.

  4. 4

    Boil the pasta and serve it right away. Put the sauce on top, mix and enjoy!!
