Ingredients

  • 4bunches mint
  • 5green chillies
  • 1/2bunch dhania (coriander)
  • 100 mloil
  • 100 mlwater
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 2 tbspsugar
  • 1/2 tspmanja (turmeric)
  • 400 gramssmooth peanut butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend all ingredients except the peanut butter and manna together.

  2. 2

    Warm frying pan with another 100ml oil on medium heat. Add the manja.

  3. 3

    Add the blended ingredients and mix through without burning.

  4. 4

    Allow to simmer on low for 10 minutes.

  5. 5

    Set aside to cool and then add the peanut butter.
