Ingredients

  1. 1 lbShrimps Peeled and devine
  2. 1chopped onion
  3. 3minced garlic
  4. 1 tspground black pepper
  5. 1 tspground garlic
  6. 1 tspground onion
  7. 1 cantomato chopped
  8. 2 cupfrozen corn
  9. 1red bell peppet
  10. 1/3 cupolive oil, extra virgin
  11. 1Creole seasoning
  12. 1 cupchopped okra( fresh or frozen)

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and devein the shrimps. Set aside.Chopped onions, minced garlic. Red bell pepper dice. Olive oil in a saucepan Saute Onions, Garlic, Bell peppers frozen corn together.for 5 minutes. Add the can of chopped tomatoes. Okra. .Add. Your seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder ,black pepper, Creole seasoning. Simmering for 15 minutes add shrimps simmer for 10 minutes.

    Serve over steam rice.

the recipe says "3 minced garlic".....is this teaspoon or tablespoon?
