Ingredients

2 lbthinly sliced beef
4thinly sliced tomato
1/2thinly sliced onion
3thinly sliced jalapenos
1hand full fresh cilantro
8 ozcan tomato sauce
1salt to taste
1/4 cupoil
8 ozwater

Steps

1

in large fry pan heat oil and add beef, cook until it is completely browned and starts getting crispy in spots.

add all veggies and mix in with beef, cook about 5 minutes then add tomato sauce, water and salt to taste.

simmer for about 10 minutes on med-low heat stirring occasionally.
