Ingredients

  • 2 lbthinly sliced beef
  • 4thinly sliced tomato
  • 1/2thinly sliced onion
  • 3thinly sliced jalapenos
  • 1hand full fresh cilantro
  • 8 ozcan tomato sauce
  • 1salt to taste
  • 1/4 cupoil
  • 8 ozwater

Steps

  1. 1

    in large fry pan heat oil and add beef, cook until it is completely browned and starts getting crispy in spots.

    add all veggies and mix in with beef, cook about 5 minutes then add tomato sauce, water and salt to taste.

    simmer for about 10 minutes on med-low heat stirring occasionally.
