Soak the moongdal for 4-5 hours Drain it and grind it in fine paste

The batter should be like idli batter semi thick..add salt and little of cumi powder

Grease your idli stand and pour one spoon batter in each and let it steam for 15-20 minutes give it a toothpick test if it comes out clean your bada is ready take them out and soak them in hot water for 15-20 minutes or till they are soft in texture

Take them out and squeeze all the excess water from them Whip the curd and sugar till light and soak these bada in it for 15-20 minutes

Take them out in serving bowl and sprinkle chat masala cumin powder black salt and red chilli powder
