  1. 6Bell Peppers
  2. 2 cupSpanish Rice
  3. 1 1/2 cupSalsa
  4. 1 packagesLightly Life Mexican Crumbles
  5. 2 cupmozzarella cheese
  6. 1 canDiced Green Chiles
  7. 1 canBlack Beans (Drained)
  8. 1 1/2 cupCorn (Drained)

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat Oven to 385

  2. 2

    Hollow out the bell peppers and clean the inside.

  3. 3

    In a bowl mix Spanish rice, Lightly Life Mexican Crumbles, Black Beans, Green Chile and Salsa.

    Stuff bell peppers with mixture

  5. 5

    Bake at 385 for 35 minutes

  6. 6

    Add mozzarella cheese to top them off 15 minutes before they are finished.
