Ingredients

4-6 servings
  • 3potatoes peeled and chopped
  • 1 canbutter beans rinsed and drained
  • 1big bag washed chopped swiss chard
  • 1 tbspminced garlic
  • 1onion
  • 1 tspeach of salt, mustard seeds, cumin seeds and masala
  • 2dry red chillis (seeds in)
  • 2-3 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil your potatoes

  2. 2

    Fry onion until soft then add all spices and fry till fragrant

  3. 3

    Add spinach and allow to cook down

  4. 4

    Add potatoes and fry till covered in spices

  5. 5

    Add beans, mix well and simmer for 5mins

  6. 6

    Enjoy this with roti and chutney
