Preheat oven to 180?C.

In a small saucepan melt the butter, sugar and honey until it starts to froth.

In a large mixing bowl, tip in the 8 cups of cornflakes.

Pour the melted mixture into the cornflakes and quickly mix evenly through the cornflakes before it begins to set.

Place 20 cupcake cases, evenly spaced onto a flat oven tray. Using a spoon, fill the cases to the top.

Place completed oven tray into the oven for 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned.

Remove tray from the oven and place onto a wire cooling rack. Place the filled rack into the refrigerator for approximately 10 minutes allowing them to set.
