  • 2 cupwashed chop mushrooms
  • 1sliced onion
  • 1sliced Simla mirch
  • as neededSalt
  • as requiredRed chilli powder/chilli flakes
  • as requiredBlack pepper crushed
  • 1 tbspoil/butter

Steps

    Heat pan add oil/butter

  2. 2

    Add sliced onions saute till pink then add simla mirch mix 2minutes

  3. 3

    Add chilli powder,, black pepper and salt mix then add mushrooms in it mix

  4. 4

    Cover and cook 5/6minute till mushrooms get cooked..no need to add water in it..

  5. 5

    Serve hot with roti as a side dish or main course...
