It so simple to make.. preparation is the same as my last post about pork lumpia :) but instead of using shanghai wrapper.. we will use molo or dumpling wrapper. Its good to prepare it steamed or fried :) yummy as fingerfood/pulutan that best for a cold beer.. just dip it with soysauce with lot of chili pase... :) enjoy

Prepare all the ingredients

Minced andd combine
- 3
Minced and combine the last ingredients

Mix it well and add

Put small amount in the wrapper and close it by twistting the edge of the wrapper (picture below) make as many as you can

You can choose either you deep fry it or just simply steam it.. :) I choose to deep fry it .. i also make soysauce with chili pase and lemon juice
