Ingredients: 4 oz whole mushrooms; 1 lb ground meat your choice I used beef; 2/3 cup dehydrated onion flakes; 1/2 tbsp xantham gum; 1/2 tsp salt; 1/2 tsp granulated garlic powder; 1/4 tsp ground black pepper; 1 stick butter; 1 1/2 cup broth your choice I used beef.; 1 tsp red wine vinegar; 1 tsp worcestershire sauce

4 ozwhole mushrooms
1 lbground meat your choice I used beef
2/3 cupdehydrated onion flakes
1/2 tbspxantham gum
1/2 tspsalt
1/2 tspgranulated garlic powder
1/4 tspground black pepper
1 stickbutter
1 1/2 cupbroth your choice I used beef.
1 tspred wine vinegar
1 tspworcestershire sauce

Steps

Slice the mushrooms into thirds. Melt the butter add your onions.

Add ground meat, garlic, salt, pepper. When brown add xantham gum.

Stir a lot. Then add 1 1/2 cups of broth. Stirring constantly it will thicken .

Add the worcestershire sauce and redwine vinegar stir in well. Serve hope you enjoy!
