Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 4 ozwhole mushrooms
  2. 1 lbground meat your choice I used beef
  3. 2/3 cupdehydrated onion flakes
  4. 1/2 tbspxantham gum
  5. 1/2 tspsalt
  6. 1/2 tspgranulated garlic powder
  7. 1/4 tspground black pepper
  8. 1 stickbutter
  9. 1 1/2 cupbroth your choice I used beef.
  10. 1 tspred wine vinegar
  11. 1 tspworcestershire sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the mushrooms into thirds. Melt the butter add your onions.

    Add ground meat, garlic, salt, pepper. When brown add xantham gum.

    Stir a lot. Then add 1 1/2 cups of broth. Stirring constantly it will thicken .

    Add the worcestershire sauce and redwine vinegar stir in well. Serve hope you enjoy!
