This is something my Hispanic husband taught me to cook! I added a few things to make the flavor pop! So I hope you enjoy!!

Heat oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium high heat. Add rice and frequently stir until they turn a hard white or light brown.

Add the tomato, onion, garlic, and bouillon.

Stir together and add water. Let cook for 15 mins; stirring occasionally. Cooking times vary depending on the type of rice used. Rice will be done when soft!
