Ingredients

  • crust
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 1/3 cupflour
  • 2 1/3 tspbaking powder
  • 1/2 cupbutter
  • 1egg
  • 1/2 cuproom temp milk
  • 1/3 tspsalt
  • peach mixture
  • 1/4 tspstevia
  • 32 ozpeaches
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 1/2 tspcinnamon
  • 1/2 tspnutmeg
  • 1/2 tspcitric acid
  • 1/2 cupoats

Steps

  1. 1

    melt butter in 9 by 13 pan

  2. 2

    mix crust dry ingredients

  3. 3

    stir egg and milk into dry ingredients and drop onto butter

  4. 4

    drop peach mixture on top, if fresh let peaches sit in half sugar to leach some liquid or add thickener

  5. 5

    bake at 350°F until crust rises over peaches and browns
