1 mediumbanana mashed
2 largeeggs beaten
1/4 cupground uncooked oatmeal (powder form)
1/8 tspflavoring I used vanilla almond extract
1 tspChia seed if desired
1/2 tspextra virgin olive oil

Steps

Process all ingredients in blender/mixer or processor until smooth like batter
2

Pour desired amount into a lightly greased pan or griddle and cook just like pancakes

Top with fruit if you'd like. add less or more oatmeal for desired thickness of batter as well.
