Ingredients

  1. 1 mediumbanana mashed
  2. 2 largeeggs beaten
  3. 1/4 cupground uncooked oatmeal (powder form)
  4. 1/8 tspflavoring I used vanilla almond extract
  5. 1 tspChia seed if desired
  6. 1/2 tspextra virgin olive oil

Cooking Instructions

10 mins
  1. 1

    Process all ingredients in blender/mixer or processor until smooth like batter

  2. 2

    Pour desired amount into a lightly greased pan or griddle and cook just like pancakes

  3. 3

    Top with fruit if you'd like. add less or more oatmeal for desired thickness of batter as well.
