Ingredients

  • 2Fudge vanilla wafers
  • 1 tbspStevia in the raw
  • 1Smart balance butter (light)
  • 3/4 packagesCream cheese (fat free)
  • 1/4 cupStevia in the raw
  • 1 tspVanilla extract
  • 1/4 cupEgg beaters

Steps

  1. 1

    PREHEAT oven to 300°F
    Mix wafer crumbs, 3/4 tbs stevia and butter.
    Press mixture onto 4-1/2" springform pan
    BAKE 7 min

  2. 2

    BEAT cream cheese, 1/4 cup stevia and vanilla with electric mixer till well blended.
    Slowly add egg on low
    Pour batter into pan

  3. 3

    OPTIONAL: Add some stir-in ideas, pour over crusts

  4. 4

    Place pans on baking sheet
    BAKE 40 to 45 min or until centers are almost set.
    Cool before removing rims
    Refrigerate for at least 4 hrs
