Ingredients

  • 1apple
  • 3medium sized sausage
  • 1 cupSmall sized macaroni
  • 1/2 cupboiled or steamed peas
  • 3/4 cupsalad cheese or cottage cheese
  • 2 tspolive oil
  • 1 pinchSea salt
  • 1/4 tspground black pepper ( optional)

  1. 1

    Cook the macaroni n drain the water. Let it cool.

  2. 2

    Chop the apple n cheese into cube. Also slice up the sausage.( I microwave my sausage for 1 min)

  3. 3

    In a bowl add all the ingredients. Drizzle the olive oil n give it a good stir. Makes enough for 2 lunch boxes.
