Boil the kidney in one and half cups of water in a cooking pan for 4 minutes.

Pour any water remaining out. Cut the onions into the pan. Pour the cooking oil into the pan. Mix and cook for 2 minutes.

Add sliced onions into the mixture. Cook for 1 minute.

Add salt into the pan. Cook for 3 minutes.

Serve with rice.
